Certified Kokua are located throughout the State of Hawaii to assist you in navigating through the sometimes confusing process of applying for health insurance.
If you are currently uninsured, our Kokua will assist you to determine if you are eligible for Med Quest or a Special Enrollment period.
Statewide Services
Effective July 1, 2024 - We have expanded our services Statewide! The KSP partners on Hawaiʻi include Kumkahi Health+Wellness, Hawaiʻi Island Community Health Center, Kalanihale, Vibrant Hawaii , Hamakua-Kohala Health Center, Maui County (Molokai & Lānaʻi) Maui AIDS Foundation, JILA County of Kauai-Malama Pono Health Services, City & County of Honolulu-Hawaii Health and Harm Reduction Center.
