Patient Services Representative (PSR)
Department: Aiaola Sexual Health Clinic
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour - Full-time
The Patient Services Representative (PSR) serves as a key member of the Kumukahi's care team and is the primary point of contact for all incoming agency phone calls from patients, insurance providers, referral agencies, and other external partners. Reporting to the Clinic Director, the PSR works collaboratively with the Medical Case Management Team and the Prevention, Outreach, and Engagement (POʻE) Team to support seamless access to care.
