Narcan is a brand of Naloxone that can reduce/ reverse opioid-induced sedation and respiratory depression. It is not psychoactive and has NO abuse potential. It is administered Intra-Nasal. Narcan acts within 30 seconds to 2 minutes and lasts 30 to 90 minutes, however, an overdose may return.
